AppToMe user manuals¶
AppToMe is the app your organization uses to run shifts, attendance, vehicles, courses and communications, and the app you use to make yourself available straight from your phone.

Sign up, join an organization, sign up for shifts, clock in, fill in checklists and activities, follow courses, grow your card.

Optional component: it links AppToMe to Odoo so that people, certified hours and vehicles reach your management system. Read it only if you use Odoo.

You can also use AppToMe from a computer browser. Fingerprint or face login, push notifications and clocking with location remain exclusive to the app installed on your phone.
Before you start¶
Board, calendars and shifts, vehicles and statistics are there in every organization. Other features — courses, clockings, checklists, activities — depend on the modules that have been enabled, and in any case what you see depends on the permissions assigned to your person. If something described here is missing from your app, it is not a fault — ask a manager in your organization.
